Fabric Cleaning
The reason we have the “fabric” in our name is we are expert in handling all types of upholstered and drapery fabrics. For years we have been the company interior designers, fabric showrooms and even other cleaners rely on to process sensitive fabrics.
Browning reversal is a large part of our workload, and we know how to do this on even silks and dry clean only fabrics.
Our capabilities include:
- On location dry cleaning (when necessary we are able to safely heat solvents)
- Browning reversal
- Heated drying system to prevent browning
- Smoke damage removal (contents only)
- Advanced stain removal
- Wet side cleaning of dry clean only fabrics (our equipment works at such a perfect pressure and heated water temperature, we are often able to wet side clean silks and other delicate fabrics. We also use heated drying in this situation)
Carpet Cleaning
Restoration by Fabric & Tile Masters also looks at carpet as a fabric. We are expert in all carpet and area rug cleaning, and are recommended by some of the areas oldest carpet showrooms and rug dealers. We have an onsite rug cleaning plant for oriental rugs.
Our capabilities include;
- Heated on location drying
- Advanced spot removal (we carry 30 spotters on each truck)
- Cleaning woven wool broadloom on location with the right chemicals (all our cleaning are approved by the New Zealand Wool Board)
- Carpet repairs
The finest carpet cleaning available (after the water is gone we clean by prevacuuming with a pile lifter, preconditioning with a cimex planetary, and then hot water extraction)
